Under this unit, we handle sale of Landed property on commission basis. A property owner who wants to sell a landed property approaches us for marketing and eventual closure of the sale for a reasonable commission from the owner. These properties include plots of bare land, partially and fully developed plots and even large real estate establishments.
We endeavour to fully assist the selling and buying process through the following:
- Handling marketing and advertisement. After reaching a sales agreement with the seller, the company embarks on an aggressive marketing campaign that includes advertisement on various media. This brings together prospective buyers whose offers are placed on the negotiating table to reach the owners’ target price.
- Handling of searches with the lands office, surveying, title deed consolidation and fragmentation, among other necessary red tape processes. Going by our experiences with the auctioning of landed property, our staff members readily handles all the processes that may impend a sale or be a factor for delay or termination of a sale closure. All these processes are handled by our office at a fee which is fully discussed with the parties involved. As a result, precious time is saved by both the seller and the prospective buyer.
